LA marque de fauxmages que j’adore. Le seul, à mon avis qui arrivent à remplacer

le mieux le goût du parmesan. Encore une fois je dois me rendre en Angleterre pour trouver le “parmesan “ entier car pour le moment sur paris on le trouve déjà râpée.
THE best brand for nocheese ( in my humble opinion) . Once again, i have to go to London to find this particular one piece parmigiano cause for the moment here in Paris is already greated.

it is not at all necessary, expect for the aesthetic of Parmesan cheese on your pasta of a salad haha

For me it is not a WOW like others Violife product but an ok 😅

The smell is not very pleasant (but neither is that of Parmesan) so I do

not recommend to serve it as platter cheese. However, I like the taste when I grate it on freshly served pasta. 😊
It’s good that it’s made of coconut oil, so anyone can eat it - even those allergic to nuts.
It’s a bit pricey, around €5 for 150gr - but still cheaper than other veg dried fruit "cheeses".
In conclusion, I recommend it!
