Winter Frittata at Hark! Cafe — gretchens's Review (Dec 5, 2021)

This frittata is made with vegan "eggs" and cheese, mushrooms, and veggies. It was really good, tasted "eggy" and savory. It comes with a side of cajun potatoes and I added a vegan sausage.
