Vegan Breakfast at Cote - Lewes — 🪴🥑🪲's Review (Dec 5, 2021)

I bought this #breakfast at a posh restaurant in Lewes called Cote Brasserie - it came with moving mountains sausages which were quite meaty in flavour, mushrooms, tomato, sourdough toast, avocado and garlic spinach. Everything was cooked perfectly, especially the mushroom - maybe it would have been nice to have more vegetables in exchange for all that bread, but I really enjoyed it overall. It was also really easy to order a vegan hot chocolate, which was very nice too :)
