Korean Jajang Noodles at Kindness Vegan — jenl's Review (Dec 4, 2021)

Veganised Korean classic jajangmyeong. Noodles coated in black bean sauce with mock meat and vegetables. The noodles were overcooked - would have been nicer if they were chewier. Sauce was on the saltier side and there was a bit too much of it for the amount of noodles.
