Very tasty little sausages ! I ate them yesterday in the evening after I came home from the late shift (with the mashed potatoes leftover from the day before 😆😅)
Those little sausages are made from peas.
...but I have no idea what this transparent "skin" is good for 🤔. It just becomes visible when frying, a little of this "skin" I removed, and a little I ate... (and I'm still alive 😆😉🤓).
And don't try to eat them cold..., on the next morning, for example !
