Those little sausages are made from peas.
...but I have no idea what this transparent "skin" is good for 🤔. It just becomes visible when frying, a little of this "skin" I removed, and a little I ate... (and I'm still alive 😆😉🤓).
And don't try to eat them cold..., on the next morning, for example !

quick to make (around 4 min.) and fry evenly: you prolly know the struggle with "Bratvurst" getting brown on one side, and still pale on the other and they won't stay on the side you want? Not with these. The "skin" doesn't come off either and is a very nice feature. Taste great. Authentic for non-vegans, too.
