Very tasty little sausages ! I ate them yesterday in the evening after I came
home from the late shift (with the mashed potatoes leftover from the day before 😆😅)
Those little sausages are made from peas.
...but I have no idea what this transparent "skin" is good for 🤔. It just becomes visible when frying, a little of this "skin" I removed, and a little I ate... (and I'm still alive 😆😉🤓).
And don't try to eat them cold..., on the next morning, for example !

Schnell und einfach zuzubereiten. In der Pfanne anbraten und fertig. Bilden eine knusprige Kruste aus.
Wer Würstchen mag, wird sie mögen. Mir ist alles viel zu salzig und so weiter. Für mich stellt das kein Nahrungsmittel dar.

a bit soft in consistency, but it was OK.

Big fan of these, big fan of Like Meat in general. They're so easy and
quick to make (around 4 min.) and fry evenly: you prolly know the struggle with "Bratvurst" getting brown on one side, and still pale on the other and they won't stay on the side you want? Not with these. The "skin" doesn't come off either and is a very nice feature. Taste great. Authentic for non-vegans, too.
5 stars. Highly recommend!
