Review of Organic 3 Grain Tempeh - Trader Joe's by timvegmalone
Hoisin Tempeh & Eggplant. I love using this tempeh! It’s such an easy and versatile food to use in so many different kinds of dishes. I love the taste & texture. This one from Trader Joe’s is always affordable, protein packed, and has a delicious nutty flavor to it. I marinated these with some cubed eggplant in some vegan hoisin sauce. Just sautéed it all in a skillet, and served with jasmine rice, with green onions and sesame seeds to top it off. A delicious, easy, and always filling meal! Highly recommended!
