Hoisin Tempeh & Eggplant. I love using this tempeh! It’s such an easy

and versatile food to use in so many different kinds of dishes. I love the taste & texture. This one from Trader Joe’s is always affordable, protein packed, and has a delicious nutty flavor to it. I marinated these with some cubed eggplant in some vegan hoisin sauce. Just sautéed it all in a skillet, and served with jasmine rice, with green onions and sesame seeds to top it off. A delicious, easy, and always filling meal! Highly recommended!

Really nice product. I like that it includes grains with the soy beans. I never

knew what tempeh was until recently and boy was I missing out! I love the texture, it's got a nice crunch, and I love the versatility and health qualities. I marinated this in a peanut soy sauce and it's really tasty.
