Review of Vegan supplì at Rifugio Romano by unejanie
i have never had a non-vegan supplì so have no way to compare so i shared this with two romans who had no complaints. they were pleasantly surprised, especially at the meltiness and flavor of the cheez. i liked them too. crisp on the outside, flavorful rice, and gooey cheez. #veganisnotscary especially when you share.

unejanie i believe the rice is cooked in tomato sauce. these did not come with sauce but were good without any. 1 likeReply
