Mea culpa 🙈 I hadn't realised that there were separate Harvest Gourmet #mince products for beef and #chicken, with the latter primarily behaving like the sort you use for a Chinese stir-fry 😅 Unsurprisingly it failed to give me the texture that I wanted in my pasta, but that's my own fault 😬

The beef one does have a more gamey flavour that's probably a better fit for western cooking.
