Review of Pulled Shrooms & ‘Slaw at Everyday Vegan Cafe by qianyu

Was impressed by how creamy the slaw is, and how well it complemented the pulled oyster mushrooms. Loved the bread as well - good toasted crust, chewy inside. Overall, a light and refreshing (but still flavourful) panini! #veganisnotscary
