Nice vegan food at this cafe attached to their vegan grocer, they handmade this. I
prefer the yakiniku steak compared to this while @theminttobe preferred this one as it tastes cleaner. It was a bit soggy in the aluminum foil. Interesting mix of coleslaw inside. I didn't find the mushrooms that flavourful as I thought, like the yakiniku mock meat is. Some cheese in this would be good. I feel that it's really pricey at $14.90, $10 for this would be more reasonable. Was willing to spend since they had 30% off for #worldveganday #veganisnotscary 🥪
This was a little on the wet/saucey side and didn’t hold together was well as
the yakiniku sandwich. So I preferred the yakiniku sandwich over this, but my bf really enjoyed this one! He could taste the pulled pork taste/texture (I can’t comment bc I’ve never had pulled pork lol). He thinks this is what a sandwich should taste like - full of salad/coleslaw haha #veganisnotscary
Was impressed by how creamy the slaw is, and how well it complemented the pulled
oyster mushrooms. Loved the bread as well - good toasted crust, chewy inside. Overall, a light and refreshing (but still flavourful) panini! #veganisnotscary

Well marinated pulled oyster mushrooms a Topped with refreshing slaw. Slices of Miyoko’s mozzarella cheese
and a couple jalapeños too, zesty. Great way to try out the products before buying them.
