Totally acceptable gingerbread biscuits. As a Swede, to me, the gingerbread sold in the UK tastes pretty nasty - dry and just a very strong state of ginger without any of the warmth that comes from the rest of the spices such as cinnamon, cloves etc. These are much better. Dip them in hot chocolate, have them with tea or coffee, crush them in your (natural) coconut yoghurt... Or just chew them like a hamster straight out of the tin 🤷🏼♀️ I'm not gonna judge you. #veganeasychallenge #veganisnotscary

ameriamber Totally agree with you about gingerbread in the UK. The best I’ve found here are these Ikea ones. Now I’m going to have to go to Ikea this week 😆1 likeReply
