Totally acceptable gingerbread biscuits. As a Swede, to me, the gingerbread sold in the UK

tastes pretty nasty - dry and just a very strong state of ginger without any of the warmth that comes from the rest of the spices such as cinnamon, cloves etc. These are much better. Dip them in hot chocolate, have them with tea or coffee, crush them in your (natural) coconut yoghurt... Or just chew them like a hamster straight out of the tin 🤷🏼‍♀️ I'm not gonna judge you. #veganeasychallenge #veganisnotscary

Biscottini sottilissimi e speziati, a forma di cuoricino, che profumano di vacanze di Natale. Dolcissimi,

perfetti da servire col tè nero alla cannella per le merende pomeridiane.
Adatti anche ad essere decorati con i bambini durante i pomeriggi piovosi invernali: un po' glassa e corallini, e si fa una merenda colorata e allegra!
