Spinach mee Hoon kueh

I'm not a big fan of mee hoon kueh but somehow I felt like having it when I saw it on the menu.  And I did not regret it at all.

In fact, it is the best mee hoon kueh I've had by far.

The kueh is neither too thick nor chewy and the soup went very well with it.

Will definitely have it again!
