Took me a while to try the Mississippi Mud vegan nice cream, but oh boy was it worth the wait!

The nice cream is prepared using creamy coconut mylk and rich dark chocolate. Sounds weird as a combination in your head, although the taste buds tell otherwise.

Don't know how Baskin Robbins did it but the coconut mylk taste was barely noticeable thanks to the strong flavour of the chocolate. In fact, the mylk actually complements the chocolate if I'm being honest.

It was so good that some of my non-vegan friends preferred this over regular ice cream!

A lil bit on the pricey side but totally worth it!
