Fried Monkey Head Mushroom Butter 奶油猴頭菇 at Coco Veggie Nyonya Cuisine — m a r i a's Review (Nov 3, 2021)

This was OUT OF THIS WORLD 🪐💥 Monkey Head mushroom was spot on for texture, the outside was crispy and coated with this buttery sauce (idk how they do this) and resembles the salted egg fried chicken dish that I used to have at zichar stalls in the past! I have no idea how they make this sauce but it’s the bomb! This was the true MVP for the night 👍🏻 Recommended by the owner and so thankful she let us try this!
