Review of Veggie Veggie Tanmen at Shigezo by knorthway
This soup was so flavorful and felt very nourishing to my body. They let you choose between rice noodles or Udon noodles, but since the Udon is house made I opted for that. The vegetables included napa cabbage, corn, green onion, nira, kikurage mushrooms & beansprouts. The portion was generous and I was more than full afterwards! #veganisnotscary #japanese #supportlocal
