Review of Jackfruit Young Green - Nature's Charm by chado

My second attempt at using Jackfruit, and really happy to find one that was just in brine. I made a red Thai curry and the texture of the Jackfruit really works so well as a fake chicken protein. Sorry for the messy plating I think I was super exited to tuck in 🤤 luckily this isn't a #ratemyplate app lol #veganiseasy
