Review of Satay at Victor's Vegetarian Food by summerong

Holy crap. This is best vegan satay ever! Satay is a southeast Asian BBQ skewered meat, served with peanut sauce and cucumbers on the side. This was so amazing. There was hardly any taste of soy and it was sweet, very well seasoned, and charred to PERFECTION. The peanut sauce was thick and delicious. I wish there are ketupats (rice cakes steamed in woven coconut leaves) on the side. This dish sure lives up to its name as one of the Top 50 Vegan Dishes in Singapore! #veganisnotscary
