BBQ Meat at 7Vegans_HI — bandita's Review (Oct 24, 2021)

Made with TVP I brought this to a work event along with lemon rice for it to go with. It was the first time some of my coworkers had a meat alternative. We thought it was alright. Texture is chewy and a little tough,. I had a lot of left overs, which I’m glad because I found that chopping it in small pieces and frying them really brings out the flavor and less attention to the texture. It makes the lemon rice even better. I’ve been using this on pizza (as photo’d here). and fried rice. I will definitely get this again and serve it to others, but only as an ingredient for my other dishes. #veganisnotscary, #veganoahu
