Review of Ubud Souvlaki at Moksa Plant-based Restaurant & Permaculture Garden by littleredmushroom
Sweet potato flatbread, beetroot hummus, mushroom skewer, and Greek salad wrap. This restaurant is absolutely amazing....but this isn't my favorite at all.
The mushrooms were nicely done, but honestly wasn't a fan of the dish... flavours didn't come together for me...I couldn't taste the hummus and the flatbread was very soft and somewhat soggy. Maybe an off night for this dish.
