Review of Cauliflower 'Steak' at Afterglow By Anglow by priyangav

I really took a chance by ordering this dish because as much as I love cauliflower as a vegetable, if it’s not flavored and cooked well it sorta tastes…. bland and boring.

This was pleasantly surprising, it was described to be “savory” but I would say it was a mix of sweet and savory because of the sweet potato purée. I wish the cauliflower was more charred and there was a little more flavor, but aside from that it was a pleasant dish.
