I had never seen this pasta shape before so I thought I would try something new. They're a little denser than my beloved farfalle. They are also little escape artists. My pot was a little small and they kept bouncing out. they were tasty and held sauce well. i find it interesting that the naturasi' here in livorno has many fewer vegan products than the one in bologna. #veganisnotscary
