Flaxseeds go great in smoothies, salads, or as an egg replacements.

I love Bob's Red Mill and can find these pretty much in most major grocery store which I love because these flaxseeds are reasonably priced.

one of my favorite egg replacements is applesauce with ground flax. i don't bake much though because i end up eating it all!!!
