Pad see ew is my favourite noodle dish so I was excited to try this sauce. Unfortunately I was really disappointed as it was insanely sweet and tasted like it had so much sugar. Didn’t remind me of pad see ew at all. Wouldn’t recommend unless you like sweet noodles 🍜 #noodles #sauce #veganisnotscary

Pad see ew is a favorite of mine as well & though I’ve gotten close, I’ve yet to replicate the restaurant deliciousness at home. Dark sweet soy sauce is nice to have on hand for an easy at home version. Also, I’d like to have a wok again, for wok hei (char and smokiness).
Will have to get some dark sweet soy sauce! I also haven’t come across wide flat rice noodles in any grocery store. So delicious but so hard to replicate!
