Mushroom-based "lamb" wrapped in a pita with lettuce, tomato and onion, drizzled with creamy tzatziki. Very different to their soy-based lamb. The marinade is the same (spiced and flavourful) but the mock meat is made of mushrooms, so the texture is chewier, stringier and more dry. A tasty option if you love mushrooms!
