Review of Tuna Sashimi at Herbivore by ahsne
I preferred this tuna sashimi to the salmon one, it didn’t taste like much but I think anything with wasabi and soy has the sushi feel to it. The texture was actually not bad, so that’s definitely a plus for me!

ahsne Haha it’s not watermelon but I’m not sure what it is! The ‘Salmon’ one was made of carrots. This dish was labelled vegan by the restaurant Reply
monicamarcos I'm going to inquire before assume someone's post is a mislabel. Thanks for the lesson! I've not seen any news vegan fish replacements personally.
