When I first bit into this I was thoroughly worried that they had accidentally given
me real Tuna Sashimi, that’s how similar it feels and tastes to the real thing! A must have when visiting Herbivore

The one in red on the left is Tuna
Sashimi! Colour can darken a bit! This tasted much better than the salmon.

This is how the 5-sashimi platter looks like!
The tuna sashimi was much more superior in
taste and texture even w/o the need for soy sauce or wasabi as taste and texture enhancers. The tuna surprisingly had a meaty-fatty and smooth texture like a Chu-toro cut, while having a light and sweet seafood taste that was even better than most Akami.
P.S. I’m not a fan of omni-tuna
The previous sashimi at Herbivore contained dairy but they now have this vegan version without
dairy!
Really well presented with great smell, texture and taste 🍣
I preferred this tuna sashimi to the salmon one, it didn’t taste like much but
I think anything with wasabi and soy has the sushi feel to it. The texture was actually not bad, so that’s definitely a plus for me!

Pretty original I must say. Looked like the real thing too.
Still astonishes me till this day. Vegan sashimi that looks and tastes like the
real stuff. Get some and fool yr friends and family.
