Fable Southern BBQ Vegan at Grill'd Chatswood — jenl's Review (Oct 16, 2021)

A great addition to the Grill'd vegan range. The Fable mushroom patty was tasty - not as 'meaty' as their Beyond burgers, but if you're a fan of mushrooms, you'll like it! Very umami with almost a pulled pork kind of texture. Enjoyed the crunch from the shredded carrot and cabbage, and the burger was balanced out with a sweet Davidson plum barbecue sauce. Comes vegan mayo, pickles and Spanish onion.
