Caesar at O’cado Restaurant — markinsocal's Review (Oct 13, 2021)

This is the best vegan Caesar I’ve had to date. It’s amazing that something with this much kale tastes as good as it does. You can add a vegan protein but I don’t think it needs it. The roasted seeds in the dish give it that extra nutty flavor that really doesn’t need anything added to it.
