So what you do, dear reader, is hurry to this beautiful new cage, order this dish and notice how the crisp exterior holds the aubergine together as you bite down, then suddenly, smooosh, and put comes this toffee like creamy aubergine goo that is making my mouth water as I describe it. Best side dish I've ever tasted anywhere. #greyton
