Throwback to Lona Misa earlier this year before lockdown. Loved these croquettes with a crispy fried outside and creamy bechamel filling. 100% gourmet fried cheeze goodness. Lona Misa is co-owned by Sharon Martinez (Smith and Daughters). Expensive, but great for a special occasion. #veganisnotscary #thefutureisvegan
