Review of Vanilla Living Coconut Yogurt - Cocoyo by bandita

This is like what Kombucha's are to soda's. Nice subtle flavor, yet actually healthy! Unlike any yogurt I've ever had. The "living" description is very fitting because the zing it gives really does make it seem alive. Low in salt, no added sugars, live cultures, and just a few basic simple ingredients. I used this as an ingredient for a mousse, but I'd like to get this again to try as a parfait. #veganisnotscary
