I really love this! I have found myself craving it!

I’m a big fan of turmeric and it is awesome in the creamy almond butter dressing/sauce.

The turmeric does give the taste a little edge that might not be everyone’s cup of tea. It’s a predominant flavor in this dish.

Really simple/healthy ingredients.
I love the big pieces of sweet potato and also the chickpeas! It’s full of quinoa and is really filling.

amber77 I could literally eat it every day! They had four packs at Sam’s Club for a while for such a great price, now I can only find singles at target or Publix. Makes me so sad! 1 likeReply
