Sweet Potato Curry at Tumerico — alleycatz's Review (Oct 5, 2021)

Tumerico & it’s sister restaurants in town are truly amazing. They offer scratch made organic local food that is absolutely made with love.

The menus rotate and everything is delicious.

They specialize in Vegan & Vegetarian Latin inspired dishes.

This was one of their more unique dishes. It was an interesting Latin/Asian fusion. TONS of veggies in curry sauce over mashed sweet potatoes. The texture did catch me off guard as I hadn’t looked too closely at the chalkboard menu when I ordered. I thoroughly enjoyed the dish but my tastebuds were a little bit confused-lol. It had a nice sweetness to it. In all honesty I think I would have preferred cubed sweet potato.

Served with their ’All Powers’ (rice, beans, salad & Pico de Gallo) and fresh corn tortillas.
