I can’t fault this dish it was all so wonderful! First of all it was presented very beautifully, probably the most impressive looking vegan fish I’ve ever seen, and the flavour was spot on too. The nori sheet inside gave it the perfect fishy flavour and the beer batter was absolutely delicious. I can certainly see why this is an award winning dish!! #day2 #veganisnotscary
