Review of Cranberry Pink Peppercorn - Nuts For Cheese by bisingular

Reminds me of goat chevre in the consistency and look. It has a nice cultured taste, a little bit of sweetness from the cranberries, and a slight bite from the pepper. I was expecting more cranberry flavour. Overall, it's a great addition to a salad or spread on crackers. Though the package says it's shredable, I don't know whether that would be possible without freezing it. It's pretty soft.
