Review of Plant Eggz - Nabati by m5giora

Starting off "Spooky Month" with a fun new company, Nabati. They have been showing up on my social media a lot, so I decided to give them a try.
The package took over a month to arrive, but the company was respectful and coherent when I brought this up.
Their Eggz product is very reminiscent of Just Egg (liquid), but luckily this one is soy-free. I tried to make an omlete but no luck (maybe I'm just rusty 😂) so I scrambled instead. The texture is fluffy and slightly springy, and the flavor is very mild. I added some of their Cheez and hot sauce for a delicious breakfast.
Next I will try this in some baking and other forms.
