Pretty good egg alternative! It's a liquid egg and it tastes a lot like Just

Egg, but doesn't cook as well or look as nice 🙂
We still really enjoyed it in our vegan bacon egg and cheese bagel
Vegan and gluten-free!

My partner had this for dinner last night and thought it was great. They made

vegan breakfast-type burritos with this egg product, veggie sausage and vegan cheese.

Starting off "Spooky Month" with a fun new company, Nabati. They have been showing up

on my social media a lot, so I decided to give them a try.
The package took over a month to arrive, but the company was respectful and coherent when I brought this up.
Their Eggz product is very reminiscent of Just Egg (liquid), but luckily this one is soy-free. I tried to make an omlete but no luck (maybe I'm just rusty 😂) so I scrambled instead. The texture is fluffy and slightly springy, and the flavor is very mild. I added some of their Cheez and hot sauce for a delicious breakfast.
Next I will try this in some baking and other forms.

Different flavor then the JUST Egg, making it a nice variation. I made a

Pizza Omelet recipe that this came with when I ordered from nabati. It was difficult to firm up to be a traditional omelet, but it was very tasty, hearty, and satisfying. #VeganIsNotScary

This is similar to Just’s eggs and they scramble well, though I like just better.
