Review of Bahn Mi at The Kind Bowl by windgal

Very excited to chance upon The Kind Bowl's new outlet in my neighborhood!
The baguette didn't disappoint - I love the crispiness of the bread and how visually stimulating it looked with the yellow tofu and red chillies. The ingredients all came nicely together and there was variety in the textures from the crunchy fresh veg, soft seitan and crumbly tofu.

Cons - this is a tiny store with very limited seating. Food served in paper bowls. Limited menu. Big gap between the service standards of the staff; one lady was friendly whilst another looked like she couldn't be bothered to take my order (this was my second visit, when there were no other customers around)
