

One of the chef’s specialties at Ren Dao Vegetarian and one of my, my partner’s and my sister’s favourite meals ever! I love both the rich Japanese gravy sauce (which we get with extra chilli) and the panko-crumbed soy cutlet. This more traditional mock meat is a lot lighter than a lot of the mock meat you can get these days, which I prefer. There was a time when my partner and I got this every week on takeout night. The restaurant is vego, but most of its dishes are 100% vegan :).
