Review of Portobello & TiNDLE™ “Chicken” Bunless Burger at Bayswater Kitchen by jashment
This was everything I could ever want in a burger:
✅ Portobello mushroom
✅ Portobello mushroom IN PLACE of the bun
Match that with a GREAT location and the fact that they have Chenin Blanc wine (one of my fav types of wines from South Africa) as part of their happy hour… needless to say I was content.
Only downside is that our food did take about 30 mins to arrive but at least
happy hour drinks kept my stomach busy during the wait. I would also say that the tindle patty was rather thicc and would have liked it a bit more flattened out but when you slather some of the sauce as you go, it works.
Would recommend for the #mushroomlover out there
