Review of Spaghetti From Chickpea - Banza by mynameislisa

This is the best version of chickpea pasta I've tried. The texture was perfect after six minutes of simmering, not mushy but not too firm. I made a delicious sauce with mushrooms and coconut milk for a quick tasty dinner. Costco sells this box containing five bags of noodles for just under $10, a great deal as usual.
