Bittergourd Soup

Y’day I felt like having a soup for lunch and ordered the bittergourd soup (no egg specified) and it was a very generous bowl of piping hot and tasty soup. Especially happy that even ordered delivery it arrived hot. The only negative is that it was a tad too salty for my taste, but I cook with very little salt myself.
