Feast yr eyes on the perfect vegan breakfast spread 🤩 you know how at a greasy spoon diner there’s always the big breakfast platter with like eggs and bacon and toast and home-fries and pancakes? And you can only get dry toast with a fruit cup? Well this is like that except not at all because it’s pure whole foods and doesn’t involve any animals. Every part of this breakfast was super tasty and fresh. It came with a chickpea omelette, a couple pieces of seared tempeh, pancakes, sourdough toast, like a whole potato, and a little side salad.
