didn’t get a great shot but this was very good. some kind of chickpea based omelette in there and tomatoes and mayo and stuff. the move for me was to get a side of rancheros sauce to add in the mix. wished the potatoes were crispy

My friend got this and gave me a bite. It was honestly amazing. I ended up taking 2 bites LOL! It was described as "sourdough, chickpea & kale omelette, tomato, lettuce, vegan cheese, pickles, mayo, roasted potatoes & salad". It was priced at $18. The chickpea #veganomlette was SO delicious and I thought it was really #unique to have it in a sandwich, I thought. It was loads of food too. The only thing was that the #potatoes were kinda mealy and soft. Not enough seasoning either. She ended up tossing them out the next day. #potatofail

I got this and so did my friend. She hates mushrooms so I was soo surprised. She said she just wanted to make me happy (it was my bachelorette) and I was! It was so cool of her. She agreed that it was absolutely #delicious! It was described as "corn tortilla, guacamole, pico de gallo, sprouts". It was priced at 3 tacos for $18. The way they cooked the #mushrooms was unique because they were pretty shredded and I felt like they were also dehydrated. It was super interesting and flavourful. They also held up the next day. Very filling and stuffed! #mushroomlover #vegantacos

My friend got this when we went to Hello123. I couldn't get over how much plastic was being used for this single purchase and it made me sad #deathbyplastic She said it was very delicious. She loves freshly squeezed things, so I think she is a good judge of taste and flavour. #freshlysqueezedorangejuice It was $7. Which is a lot, but also, what isn't expensive these days? It's nice to see ingredients that are pure and not mixed with other ingredients.

This was my first time at Hello 123, and there were a lot of things on the menu that I wanted to try... but I eventually settled on this breakfast sandwich. It turned out to be a stellar choice indeed. The house made chickpea flour and kale omelette in the sandwich was great, and the bread itself was really nice too. The roasted potatoes were as good as potatoes get 👌, and even the side salad - which always tends to be outshone by everything else on the plate - proved to be a worthy component of the meal. The dressing was light but flavourful, and there was just the right amount of it.

I went to Hello 123 with my mom and sister and the food is amazing! They had the vegan eggs benedict and I had the avocado toast, which is AMAZING! There are so many yummy topping on the avo toast! I would definitely recommend going here for a nice breakfast, brunch, or lunch!

What an incredible dish! Third dish and just as incredible as the first two ones we had. We got the gf bread for my friend and I got the regular bread. It was just all a flavour explosion. Holy cow just wow.

This was our second dish and we didn't think it was going to be as good as the first, but it was!!!!! Soooooooo delicious. A great price. Quality food. I love when you can taste the individual grains.
