Atrociously expensive fake #rice product, made of some vegetable-legume stuff 😅 I bought two packs in a value deal, this is the second.
I thought the #lemon in particular added a nice freshness and perkiness to the plate 🙂 I didn't so much appreciate the wet texture (you can see how much water is "left over" after you're done following the #lazyvegan instructions) 😐 Oh well, easy solution to my need for midweek carb deception; not sure if I'll get it again 😬

I feel so bad but I loathed this product to my core. I actually took a few bites and it was so inedible I had to throw it out! I wonder if I got a bad batch or something, because the reviews on it aren't so bad....
