I like the taste, can hardly tell the difference between this and the garlic herb, one I usually get, this has a subtle lemon maybe. Easy to make, I just mix a bunch of shit in there to create a delicious nutritious meal. Tempeh, lentils, nutritional yeast, parsley garlic powder. I like to eat this on workout days. Ingredient list not great, refined sugar and oil and citric acid. Garlic herb has a cleaner ingredient list I think.
