After looking at Flying Saucer’s menu online a few nights ago (and immediately knowing I would order pancakes), I was excited to stop in for breakfast. Their vegan pancakes taste just like you imagine & hope a hot stack of pancakes will taste - there was no discernible difference taste wise - though I would argue these are even better, as there are no animals in the mix. Their iced soy coffee is delish, too. We sat outside today (though the interior space is warm & inviting) and, I can’t wait to return, to make my way through all of their vegan dishes.

I use to eat pancakes but recently gave up wheat and when gluten free. My biggest concern is what the ingredients are in just about anything I eat. It took me a long time to find a pancake mix that doesn’t have sodium aluminum in it. I don’t eat a lot of the vegan foods as they are just as bad as non vegan foods.
